Recently, I played a game of chess and I decided to develop a “magic”-chessboard. A chess game shown in Harry Potter (Part 1) but after my first research my target wasn’t a chessborad anymore. I think it is better to develop a robotic arm that can also move some figures on a board, but a robotic can do a lot of more.

The great thing: Somebody developed something like this before. So, I do research from that point for a robotic arm and found the Moveo project from BCN3D: “A fully Open Source 3D printed robot arm”

Source: BCN3D Moveo Project

The project is open source and all files can be found by GitHub. Including a BOM. This Projects is Based on a Project from Andreas Hölldorfer and to show some Test from Mr. Hölldorfer you can see the Image below.

The goal is clear! So lets dive into this project. The project will be documented here in my block and I want to create short videos but I’m not confident that I have so much time over to make these.
