I have dimensioned the bracket for the DIN rail too thin. Now the bracket bends and runs the risk of calculating.
BOM
You will now need two M4x16 screws instead of the M4x10 screws. Otherwise, you only need the latest version of the bracket. Here you can find the latest Version on GitHub.
New Bracket
The new bracket is essentially the old one, just thicker. The screw which is screwed into the base postes is now countersunk in the workpiece. The screws that hold the DIN rail get more material to relieve the load and prevent bending. Also, part of the load is now placed on the workpiece instead of the entire weight being transferred from the screws. I have not made any calculations in this regard. But I think it will hold
Swap the brackets
First, I removed the power supply cable from the DIN rail to get to the screws of the bracket.
Afterward, the old clamps could be removed simply by loosening the M5 screws.
After replacing, the power supply can be reinstalled on the rail
